I know this is a long shot but Im currently looking for a few operators for NE Texas in Collin County to run excavators and Barko’s just clearing tree’s. I’d be thrilled to find some green guys with the desire to to learn at this point. If anyone‘s interested send me a message and I’ll give you my cell. On the one in a million chance anyone has experience in large 480 demo rigs we could use one of those as well, we have several of these working and we’re always looking for that guy
Your local staffing agency may be your best hope. You might get 1 good one out of 50 if your lucky
What are you paying, is it above the local average, and is it steady work ?
