This machine has a completely reman engine with 8 hrs. It has a new hyd pump. reman hyd control valve , both lift cyl have been repacked, new wiring harness. The steering and bucket functions work normally but the boom cyls have very little lifting power. Down pressure will lift the machine and it will raise all the way up bit very slowly. When you fill the bucket it will not lift at all. The engine and trans are very strong and will spin tires when pushing against a pile of dirt. It will fill the bucket and the bucket curl is normal but it will not lift. When we first put it to work after the engine rebuild it worked normally loading trucks for a few hrs and then the boom lift starting slowing and got progressively worse. What all happened with the hydraulic system that required a hydraulic pump and control valve swap ? Was the steering/loader pump replaced as well ?
