John Deere 250 weak hydraulics

Hi all, I have a John Deere 250 skid steer loader with weak hydraulics. Slow in lift and tilting but drives good in forward and reverse any thoughts , comments appreciated thanks.

    I would recommend both a system relief pressure test and a hydraulic pump flow test if you have the tools or know someone who does.
