1 leaks, got the set of seals. Can't get the rod guide unscrewed. Removed set screw. PB blaster x 20. Spanner wrench didn't budge. Sledge on punch no go. Air hammer almost destroyed it. 36" pipe wrench with 5000 ft lbs turned it 2mm at a time, almost 1 full revolution then stuck again. Heated to red hot with torch still won't turn. Broke 2 pipe wrenches. I'd prefer to remove housing & let JD Industrial deal with it (or find used replacement) but the trunnion pin is not listed nor shown in my technical parts manual nor service manual. With a puller, does the top pin pull up thru the slotted cap shown, or does the cap come up, too? Does anyone have a pic or diagram of the "tapered" Trunnion pin?
Link to parts page below , split bushings #4 & 8, swing cylinder tapered pins #5 . https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc...arch/pgId/1683875/partnumber/U43433/callout/5 .. . The tapered pin removal procedure is in the 310A service manual ,section 33, page 3340-4 .
Thanks I see it now
