Just replaced fuel pump all seals it starts right up but within a minute it quits running if you try start after that it starts right back off and runs even less time 30 seconds or so quicker if you give it gas checked make sure pump filling up with gas which it is if you take fuel line off it shoots out alot of fuel just not sure what all it could be
Take the fitting off the top of the pump.. {the return connector} & start the engine.. The first fitting coming from of the pump should be a check ball fitting.. take it off..& start it.. Fuel IS gonna come out so be prepared for that.. while its running {your waiting} clean/blow out the crud that's in the connector.. Once it STAYS running longer than before.. screw the fitting back in..
I know where you're going with this.. Mine was doing the same thing last fall, had a local guy come and fix it, he re did all the seals in the pump while he had it on his bench.. My next resort was pming you, but what this guy told me over the phone was exactly what you've described several times in the past.. It was like he was reading one of your posts word for word,,,, really !!
I "kinda" think its funny when someone writes this problem.. Its been diagnosed 1000x and "written out" 500x..
