Need some advise on a 410B reverser that needs replacing . Once the reverser unit is removed from backhoe is it a unit that can be rebuilt easy with proper parts or does it require purchase of additional tools & JD only parts ? Any advise is welcome including tear down points and parts supplier, I do have a complete JD 410 manual set. Thanks
I can't say for sure, but I think I remember reading on hear that most Deere (and Case) reversers are third party (Twin disc or ?) so you shouldn't need JD parts, and I can't remember anybody mentioning any special tools or especially complicated setup. If you wait long enough somebody might tell you what you have and what you have to do, or you could try to figure out which brand it is, then search on here to see more.
