I have a 1974 John Deere 410D Backhoe. The rear driver's side axle snapped off at the wheel. I was looking to see what needs to be done to get the axle housing out. The backhoe attachment is in the way.
Welcome to HEF chowdy ! A 1974 410 is a straight 410. Noot a 410D. The "D" in that model year's serial number represents the transmission type. Check your messages.
Please send a picture of the axle housing where it bolts to frame if it like I thank it is I can provide information on a short cut for removal.
