Winch will not lock to hold a load, was working but would slip on big load then would lock and hold. Now will not lock at all. How thick should the band be, is about a quarter inch thick. Any ideas on my problem
Gearmatic? Way too many years into the wayback machine, but I recall this being a regular issue on those. Not a major problem, just wear and adjustments. The bands get glazed too, from heat over time.
