Can anyone tell me if the F-N-R will shift when the machine isn't running? EXPLAINATION: I was setting the Seat/Tank/Battery Box back on the machine after a steering clutch change, and damaged the linkage for the F-N-R (Pushed it down and bent it) Currently it doesn't seem to move Up/Down. (Machine not running) My concern is it broke something in the valve. I'm hesitant to finish the current repairs which includes a transmission oil change. Any Help is Greatly Appreciated.
