Does Anyone have a PDF of this cylinder off a JD 544E forklift? It is from a Military 544E forklift / based on a wheel loader chassis. It started to leak at the bottom, we are unsure of where to order the correct O-ring.
Is there a model # or part # on the fork carriage ? You should be able to match an o-ring at a local hydraulic shop.
Just a follow up, all the PDF files for these 544e military forklifts are on the Steel Soldiers website. We found damaged o-rings when it was taken apart. We made a call to Spencer Fluid Power in Billings, MT and they were able to tract down a complete replacement part and the correct specialized o-rings. {Outstanding Service} Just a heads up, be prepared to modify a socket, we had to "thin / taper" on to get it to fit in the aluminum block.
