What problem are you having? This is a pretty simple system but there are several common mistakes people make when "adjusting" the brake system. The pedal should have some travel to it before it gets hard and stops. There is an adjustment on each side under the large round plug which will tighten the band on the brake drum but before you try that make sure all you linkage is in good shape. If any of the pins in the pivot joints going to the steer linkage show wear, replace them first and retry. I'd advise against making adjustments to the bell cranks. Its a pretty bullet proof setup when its all in good shape.

The pedal goes near the floor before the machine will turn or brake.my linkage is good will a new band and hydraulic hoses increase my pedal ,.along with new clutches and adjustment.

Order a repair manual for the machine. Then try a brake adjustment before ordering or accumulating parts you may not need. The clutches on these are hydraulic apply spring release, when the machine is off the clutch packs actually relax. Friend of mine owned one, brake adjuster was broken and allowed the brake to continually back off, was a three day in the shop repair as so much has to come apart just to get to the brakes.

Thank you I do have a good manual im into the back end I found all the hydraulic lines to the clutch pack are bad I just couldnt figure if the band would grab at the same time as the hyd is being applied or what.so you say in park the band is holding only and when in operation the hyd clutch is at work.
