I am working on a 650K vin 1T0650KXEFF290163 that suddenly lost hydraulic pressure . No codes present. Dash shows 200 psi at rpm. Tested pump and it tests 2,000 psi and 22 gpm. What regulates the high pressure in the system? No visible damage to the pressure relief valve on inlet of main control valve. It does have a new pilot pressure regulator valve. Thanks
No codes popping up, or no codes when going into the code section of the menu? EH machine? System relief valve is on the bottom of the inlet section, next to the hydraulic pressure sensor.
No codes…what do you mean by EH machine?
Is it an Electro-Hydraulic Machine, not oil to the joysticks controls. That is what he means from my experience. Maybe manufactured with both systems, one as an option.? Simon C
Ok yes it’s electric over hydraulic….
We found the issue. There is a check valve where the charge line comes up from the hydrostatic pump in the return block of the main control valve that had some debris in it so was not allowing the pilot pressure to build.
