John Deere 650K Leaking Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and Pressure Relief Valve

I have a 650K that is leaking on the fuel rail when the throttle is higher than an idle. Pressure at an idle is around 6500 and 18000 at full throttle. Looks like someone has been working on the fuel rail and replaced the pump recently. The pump is green so definitely not the original. The pressure sensor did not have an O-ring in it. Seems like a lot to ask for a metal on metal connection to hold at 18,000 psi. Talked to Dobbs and they said it does not show an O-ring there. Put a new sensor in and torqued it to 74 pounds as specified and it leaks less than the old one but the pressure relief at the end of the rail leaks too at anything over an idle. Does anyone know if these two connections on the rail require an O-ring or a copper washer or anything more than just a metal on metal connection? Seems weird.

Believe it's metal on metal. Might need new rail if it leaks again. Not unheard of.

100% have a deformity washer on both.

No O-rings. If it uses a washer, the sensor or rail relief would come with a washer. If it did not come with a washer, then it is metal to metal joint. Most are metal to metal.
