I'm in Louisiana, swing gear box bottom bearing out causing seal leak. Any leads on parts , used swing box or whatever will help. John Deere told me the bearing is available but the seal is a no go. Any leads will be appreciated.

Seal #12 is readily available. Seal #7 shows none on hand in any Deere warehouse, but it is not listed as obsolete. That tells me it is available, it will just take a while. That seal shows in inventory at 6 different dealer warehouses, so your local dealer should be able to do a dealer to dealer transfer.
#3 seal is the one that leaking, the #4 bearing is available but the seal is not, according to my local dealer.
#3 is seal part # T206287 . Maybe @mg2361 can check Deere stock on it.
T206287 is available. Deere warehouses show 100 in stock, most of which are in the Milan, Illinois warehouse.
Not sure if you are aware but the upper and lower swing pinion bearings are packed with grease when assembling they are not lubed by hydraulic oil.
