John Deere 690c losing power problem

I have a 690c that I just bought and when you use the boom, stick or bucket, the machine bogs down and blows black smoke like it’s working hard to the point I could stall out the engine. Doesn’t do it traveling or when swinging. I replaced the fuel filters and checked the air filters which seem fine. Even took the air filters out and ran it that way but no change. Seems like a hydraulic issue to me like to high of pressure or a stuck relief valve or something. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
