John Deere 770BH motor grader Harsh transmission shifts

I Have just purchased a second hand 770 BH John Deere Motor Grader 16000 hrs, has harsh shift changes in the transmission , does anyone know if they are modulated shift changes and can you adjust the modulation. ?? Thanks Smarty Australia
