Good day Suggest you locate the solenoid which controls the lock out check for power and work from that point. Kind regards Uffex
Check for power at the arm rest lock out switch first. It’s under the arm rest, easy to get too. I think there might even be a fuse for it as well. Then find the solenoid for hyd lock out behind the cab, inside access door. Pulling one plug off at a time will send an alarm to the LCD display which will tell you which solenoid is which. Swap the hyd lock out solenoid with the high / low track speed to see if its the problem or not.
