Kobelco 250 NLC-6 negacon pressure sensors issues.

Hi Everyone, I wrote about this machine a few times. Now what has happened, negacon pressure sensor on pump 1 blew out. plastic part flew out of metal part. Customer ordered and replaced another one. In 3 days, same thing. I had a closer look and noticed that this is 3 MPA sensor. According to the manual, negacon sensors should br 5 MPA? Can somebody confirm this to me? This machine was having some performance issues for a long time. I think somebody wrongly installed 3MPA instead of 5MPA sensors. These are 4,5 volt sensors, and if one gives 4.5 volts on 3 MPA and it should give 4,5 volts on 5 MPA, then pump control is wrong? Can somebody just confirm for me if these should be 5 MPA sensors? Thanks!!! SK250NLC-6 LL08 03036 MY 2000

Yes negative control should be 4.9mpa. Part no YN52S00016P3

Thanx Ireland!!! Now first thing is to get 2 of those, and take it from there. they are a bit pricy from what I can see.

Sensor arrived YN52S00016P3. But it is a different connector and 3/8 thread instead of 1/4. 3MPA sensor that was "wrongly" installed has a part number of LC52S00019P1. what is the difference between YN52S00016P3 and YN52S00016P1 anyway? Is it just thread and connectors or something else?

The one ending in 16P1 is a low pressure sensor from the pilot lines from the levers.

My bad, person that installed 3MPA sensors also installed 3/8 to 1/4 adapters. Didn't notice before.
