I have a 95' kobelco 860 backhoe, It has a slow and fast hydraulic switch. When I get the hoe in a strain I almost lose all hydraulic pressure. I simply have to recycle the switch to slow then back to fast and instantly I have full hydraulic power, until i get it in a strain again. It doesnt do this when the switch is on slow. It is hard to do any digging with the switch in the slow position, it just doesnt have enough power. What could be causing this problem?
