I have a Kobelco ED180 YLU0054. The dealer says it is a 2000. When i purchased it the right track was slow got money off for a new final drive. Once i got to use it and to the dealer they found that the pump had failed and someone had rigged the regulator causing it to stall out due to relief valves being changed. Long story short found someone with a reman set of pumps and i believe rebuilt regulators as well. Machine ran much better but still slow on right side after pressures were set. So checked case drain on final drive was over 2 gallons per min. Had the final rebuilt. Still had the same issue. So had a new slew ring put on and re sealed the swivel. The swivel was in good shape but some seals worn. It is now all put together pressures checked, now it will travel straight both tracks at same speed even in 2 speed mode. However when turning with the right track under load it slows down in either direction, is worse in D mode obviously because of single pump running both. Left track is fine no matter what functions as it should. If you lift the right track off the ground it travels fast and meets manual specs, the issue is when it is under load or turning, it almost sounds like the pump is not loading down as hard as the pump driving the left track. Both relief valves have been set, where else is there to look, it seems to have pressure but cannot maintain pressure and flow under load. All bucket functions seem to work normal.
