Kobelco excavator yt03-06021 something to do with the boom, has no power swinging left or down, my auto idle will not idling down when I stop moving, when I'm traveling and trying to turn around the tracks loses power turning, it helps if I use the other track just a little, seems like the brakes are on. codes E03,E06,E15

    E03 boom raise sensor faulty, E06 arm out sensor faulty, E15 swing brake solenoid faulty
