HI , just joined your group . Maybe you guys could help me out? I have just purchased a kobelco sk75 ur3 I think its a grey import. It has a problem with power , the idle up dial stopped working and it dosent turn off with the key. When starting the stepmotor jiggles the arm up and down around 12 times , machine will start but not rev and lacks power S/pt error shows on the monitor The ball joints on the arm are good Ive found a faulty relay aca1223-20 and will track one down Any other ideas, much apprieciated Does anyone have an english shop and instruction manual . Ive read something about A updates or resets , but not sure what is involved.

Changed the relay , no difference , anyone know about the stepping motor or power too
The first step would be to load test the harness from the controller back to the stepper motor. once you know the the harness good then you ohm test the stepper motor on the 4pin plug this checks the windings in the motor. then disconnect the linkage and check the limit switch function on the 2 pin plug, it should close contact when the motor hits it's end position. If all that checks out you need to test voltage from the controller to the 4pin plug
