We had done overhaulling of the engine D04FR but it is not starting checked ECU and wiring harness no error codes showing.On observing RPM not increasing more than 188 and as result injectors are not firing. Kindly suggest

Check the speed sensor for the fly wheel Check it’s plug is okay and useing your fingers screw the sensor in till it hits the flywheel then undo it half or one full turn. If you haven’t touched any of this with the engine rebuild well there’s a problem somewhere else. I doubt it’s got electronic injectors so the Engine RPM means nothing regarding fuel. what year model?
Thinking about this again 188rpm is probably as fast as the starter an spin it The emergency stop cable is not pulled out is it? Should be down on the floor near your RHS foot
