Kobelco SK170-9 Pilot control Issue??

I have a Kobelco SK170-9 we went to start it today after sitting for a couple months. I have no Pilot controls i did some quick google searching and found what they said to be the Pilot control solenoid to be on Port A1. I checked power there and when i put the lock lever down i get 24v's but still no pilot controls I swapped that solenoid with the one in port A2 and still no luck But now i have a F023 code appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I Belive the machine serial number is YM08U2049
