Hi all, we have a 2011 Kobelco SK295-9 with the FPT/Iveco motor. Machine is currently in derate and we are looking for possible solutions, steps to get it out of derate. Problem first occurred during normal operation, "DEF/Adblue Injector Faillure" "Power Limitation in Progress" error was active. We removed the DEF injector, cleaned and had it bench tested. It came bake as inoperable. We ordered and installed a new O.E.M/Bosch injector. Problem and error codes persist. We have verified that the injector is getting DEF by disconnecting the lines at the injector while the machine is running. Through the onboard troubleshooting page we were able to pull code W015. We did try clearing codes in a futile, hail marry, attempt at hoping it would resolve the problems. It, of course, did not. The W015 code is still active. If anyone has any suggestions or is able to point us in the proper direction that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
you probably have to unlock the inducement codes to get everything back to normal. you'll need someone with CASE EST tool or FPT EASY tool to clear codes and reset inducement.
