hello,could anyone help me? why do my kobelco sk330-6 engine keep overheating? i have been removed Thermostat and my watercooler was cleaned,but its still overheating. On the monitor show that "P1 NEGA-CON SENSOR"and "PUMP P1 SENSOR". Furthermore,all hydraulic pumps and hoses are easily hot. Could anyone can help me and explain to me? what should i do and change something? thankyou.hope someone can really help.
Hi if p1 negative con and p1 pressure sensors are faulty this will cause extra load on hydraulic pump and cause hydraulic oil to over heat as hydraulic oil cooler is mounted in front of water radiator this can cause engine to overheat also. You should replace the faulty sensors first and see if that fixes your overheating issues
I wold also replace the missing thermostat ASAP
