Komatsu 240 , error E02

Hi guys, welll my boss ask me what is the error E02. What is wrong with the machine with this code. I am investigating and i need help.

    You are going to need to supply more information. What is the full model name and serial number of the machine. Model names for Komatsu machines start with a two letter designation that defines the type of machine, PC for excavators, WA for wheel loads, D for dozers and so on. There will be a dash number at the end of the model number as well. PC200-6 for example.

    EO-2 is an operator code that just announces that something is wrong. You will have to get into the diagnostics section in the monitor panel. Here is a video that shows how to do that. Once you get in there you can post up any fault codes and someone can tell you what they mean and possible what the problem may be. Good Luck
