Hello guys I need to take out this HST motor for changing the o-rings. Can you give me some tips for assembly/assembly? Never done this before and dont know if when removing the cover (nº 2 in picture) something will fall http://komatsupartsbook.com/lib/print.php?p=/root/7638/7467621/7467950/7467977~http://komatsupartsbook.com/src/scr/zf458891.gif I will appreciate if you can send me some excerpt or instructions from service manual, ´cuz dont want to mess up things.

My problem is this axial piston motor is leaking from the cover (left side top, please see pics) I changed the o-ring from the cover, but still the motor is leaking. Have any of you repaired this kind of motors? This one is a Rexroth A6VM axial variable piston motor

Hi Andrew, Check the adjusting screw for starting inclination, might be the source of the leak. Known Problem with the original HST's

Andrew, If leak is coming from around the nut on that adjusting screw you may need to buy the nut. New nut has new nylon seal formed into it. From your picture if nylon seal became brittle from heat, it would no longer seal. Not sure of your serial number, but part# 1701524257 may do the trick.
