Komatsu D155-1 Year Built?

Am looking at a Komatsu D155-1 Ser#10486. Has an S6D155-4D Engine, Ser#20196. Maybe John C. or someone else knows the year it was built. Thanks Simon C

    I'm guessing 74?

    Probably Correct. I found a serial number that was 1800 higher and it was a 1978. You might be dead on. Someone out there may have a chart to confirm. Simon C

    I had one many years ago , I think it was a 74 and if memory is close, that s/n is about what it was.
