anyone have information or where i might get it for splitting the case on the winch to replace the friction discs
eBay has them , quite expensive . Same manual covers a number of winch's .
thanks for the reply, i have the parts book and the shop manual even a cd ,i bought them all off the internet they touch on what they call "theory of operation" but nothing like a real shop manual. I think this dozer and winch came from washington or oregon, where they used them for logging. it's in great shape even has the arch. i guess im looking for someone with personal knowledge it's hydraulic with its own pump all the potential parts and pieces scare me.
This is the manual you want , https://www.ebay.com/itm/3739318582...HdaIlWIYSApmeHkaHtPOjb/hJA==|tkp:BFBMpNTIwKxg the link works funny enough . A parts book used with a manual is a good mix .
thanks for the interest and the reply------i have that manual brand new and also bought a cd thinking they were different, (they were not) all the information for that winch is contained in the first eleven pages, the remainder of the book covers other komatsu winches.
