Ok guys this is the problem wen you put the shift lever in to neutral she keeps driving forward we hav all ready replaced the lever because its electical shift. We hav also striped the trans and found notting wrong.???
Hi there, is that machine in the north or south out of interest ? Before I would have touched the trans I would have disconnected the solenoid for the forward clutch, and swapped the modulation valve with another one to rule out a problem there. Maybe a feed getting to the coils, or maybe a modulation valve mechanically stuck. I think you need to have a good look at the control valve, and check that the current is dropping away from the coils when you select nuetral.
Hi ther the reason we stripped trans ther was metal in the oil and oil was burn turns out the main converter bearing was turning on the shaft which wore away the stater hub and houseing. We hav stripped main control valve unit and its valve bodies are woren.
Ok, sorry a little confussed. In the first post you said you found nothing wrong. Is the machine back together for testing purposes, or is it in bits ?
