All This is a Komatsu D39PX21. 2003 dozer. The decelerate petal does not return to initial position after being pushed down. I have looked at parts catalog and taken floor off. I do not see a return spring. Is this built into the whole petal housing? Can this be repaired or does the whole housing need to be replaced?
