Hello everyone, been working on a komatsu pc500 recently, the initial problem was the spool holding after service they were all fine later removed the complete Control valve to service. Tho only change some seals as some of the replacement parts were unavailable at the time of this report.Also was able to insert a new self reducing valve but all in vain. Tested the hydraulic pump pressure one of the pump preasure was all good the other seems a little bit below the required preasure output.After some research I discovered the main control was that of pc360,so I don't know if some pc500 are designed to carry control valve ment for pc360.
