I've recently bought the Komatsu PC10-6 excavator, it has one issue I need help with. When rising the boom, adding even a tiny amount of a bucket movement immediately stops the boom movement. When lowering the boom, the behavior reverses, when moving the bucket, lowering the boom doesn't work. When operated separately, everything just works, movements are strong,... Any idea what might be wrong?
I'm not familiar with that model but it sounds like that is normal. A loader backhoe acts about the same way.
I don't think so, when levelling the terrain, it's necessary to operate both simultaneously. Other excavators I've tried have this capability...
Are you operating at full throttle?
Yes, I've also tried on full throttle, the behavior stays the same.
