hi guys just want to ask a few question,, i got 3 komatsu 130f-7 just recently bought 2nd hand as we were just testing the unit, its all well. Anyway when the unit finaly arrive at my location its started to have problem such as when there is load on the tracks i.e half covered in mud it would stop and not have any power to go up anymore, in the begining when the machine temp get hot it would become weak and cant even jack it self up, i have taken down the control valve change all the oring and also change the oring on the relief valve, i did not change the spring in relief valve, tested all the selenoid all is well, monitor show no error codes however it wouldnt let me go to the rabbit mode, i did a major service on the unit inc new filter new hydraulic oils and motor travel oils. The state its currently at after we put all the control valve together. Better than how it was however its still weak on its tracks and movent its not as aggressive. i have adjust the pressure, it does not make much changes. Just a quick note off the top of my head, can you see the engine rpm on the monitor panel? Is the damper case between the pump and the engine over full?
Yes the rps is between 18000 to 19000 now. it was 20000 so i dial it back down i have not touch anything near the engine and pump area, i will check on the damper soon.
I'm guessing you mean 1800 to 1900. How many hours are on the unit?
