Hello every one ,i m new on this fourm kindly help me,i have komatsu pw180 wheel excavator ,after one hour work if i off the machine than engine never again till i wait one hour ,after one hour start again, Second. if travling on rood i feel missing speed ,for 1 mint speet good but after 1 mint slow again one mint speed good ,and bad .
I would think you would need to provide a lot more details if you want a good response. The starting issue sounds to be heat related which would narrow the problem down to the starter itself or a relay of some sort in the start circuit. The only things that i can remember that might be heat related are. once had the solenoid on the starter not allowing the plunger to slide easy when hot. once had the mica in the commutator on the armature in the starter swelling up holding the brushes off when hot. A simple under cut will fix that problem. Good Luck with that.
Suspect high restriction in fuel system. 2nd need more info.
There may be some sort of wiring issue which is causing an issue of missing due to weak wiring or power loss.

There r error code on monitor E 20,and and after one hour work if i drive on road speed slow and i feel missing ,some time fast than slow ,heat meter not show machine is warm ,its seem normal
Your English is going to make it hard to get the details required. Do you have a manual or can you or someone tell us what error code E20 means? I assume you are trying to say the engine is missing and down on power on the road. Is it blowing more than normal smoke, white smoke?, black smoke? no smoke? It sounds fuel related so you have to check all the normal places, fuel filters, fuel pump if it has one, tank filter and so on. I imagine if you had injector problems or injector pump problems they would not clear them selves so more likely a fuel feed prob. You need to tell us what you have checked.
Thx for reply ,i m in oman no doubt my english is poor,but i hope u ignore my language mistakes, engine normal starting ,no smoke even black or white,missing just in speed on rood,main problem is if turn off machine after one hour works than machine never start again till one hour wait,after one hour start again normally,
You have a second thread going here for the same problem. That thread had guys giving you good suggestions, did you do any of them????
Can you clarify the starting issue? Does the starter spin the engine over but the engine doesn't start? Or does the starter itself not engage?
