Komatsu PC138 US-10 error code

I started the engine this morning, and a warning code came up on the dash. as the machine has been sitting there for a while (probably 2 months). the Battery is brand new, I bought a new battery 2 months ago. I have attached 2 photos. the Error code was L03 CA131. Would anyone know what is wrong?
