whats the difference from a pc210 to pc200 saw one on a lowboy but it looked like a pc200 with different decals
Usually the PC210 was built for demolition and has more counterweight and a full guarding package. Other than that they are the same machine.

You will have to find out the Dash series of your machine. The serial number you give is for a country outside of North America so I can't tell the year or the model.
