My boss currently owns an old pc210 . We have been having a problem with low power on all functions but it is most predominate on travel. It starts off with somewhat ok power but as you work and it warms up its loses power to a point where it will no longer climb a slight incline and will kill the motor if you try. Also all the manuals I can find state that the machine has either a 2 or 3 stage olss system. This machine has neither does anyone know if that model came without that option ? the wiring is a mess and I am wondering if it may have been removed. Any ideas on low power ?
The Dash 3K might not have a computer at all. As I recall there were some set up for working rice paddies where the electronics would have been a liability. Are you talking about power loss on the engine or the hydraulics? The fuel and air systems are the first place to start. Do you know about the fuel strainer in the banjo bolt for the hand priming pump. Plugged air filters will also stall out the engine. Does your machine have a speed sensor? Have you checked the oil level in the damper case? Let us know about these items and we might be able to help.
Did you figure out what is the problem? I have almost the same problem with my Komatsu PC210-3
