Komatsu PC210NLC-8 intermittent command loss

Hi all!!! Been trying to catch fault with this machine for few days no but no luck. Machine randomly cuts out all the commands, no boom arm bucket movement, no travel. It just sits there like you raised safety switch. You let all commands in neutral, and 8-10 seconds later, everything is working again. This hapens from 2 - 20 times approx. in a 10 hour period. I attached digital pressure gauge to pilot pressure, records min max pressure, and it is always around 33 bar. So no pilot pressure loss. This being closed centre system, is it possible that pumps flow get reduced to a minimum and everything just sits without flow? Anyone had something like this before? Ideas?

Monitor your PC pressures in the service display. See if , for example, when you pull boom up, that the boom up PC shows close to the 33 bar you have available. Your pilot safety solenoid could be failing, you might have a pressure sensor getting stuck causing pumps to destroke. Just gotta poke around and see . BTW, when it acts up, does it affect travel?

Thanx for the tip!!! I'll have to spend some more time recording. Yes, travel also!

You might want to monitor LS pressure back to pumps from MCV. If your control pressure is maintaining but still no work, I'd be concerned about LS coming back. The fact that both pumps are affected, I'm still thinking the safety solenoid might be falling off electrically.
