I recently brought a Komatsu PC30-7 and I faced a 2 issues. i think you guys can help me to solve it! 1. when i start the machine arm rotating very slowly without touching any leaver, what is causing it? 2. the hydraulic fluid in the tank look creamy , i think its from moisture. can you give me a solution to prevent getting water vapor to the tank by the way tank in good condition i cannot see visible or possible leaks. my mechanic say it can be prevent by adding a valve to the tank lid. is it ok to do so?
