The machine more often then not will have no hyd speed at start up or if it sits for 5 minutes. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes and sometimes 30 minutes. Quicker when warm. Also a slow swing unless I use another function then it speeds up. If I boom up, arm out,dump spin and track at the same time and just hold it, then it will start working just fine after a minute of that. Any ideas what it could be? New pump, hyd control valve (except for the ends where the unload valves are and all new pilot lines.
