Komatsu ripper

Hi, I'm looking for some information on a ripper, the ripper plate read Drp80-115910 and the cylinder head # is 154-78-11211, I don't know what machine did it came from, can you guys help me out, I need the seal kit part# and head seal dust part#. Thanks
