I'm looking at WA250-3 with supposed low hours. The guy says forward and reverse work but the only speed that works is 2nd no matter what position is selected. Has anyone had experience with this problem? I'm wondering if it's more likely a switch/electrical problem or a a more serious mechanical transmission issue?
