Got a 90s Komatsu wa420-1 with wet brakes that needs the axle oil changed. What kind of oil should be used? The book doesn’t get specific and I don’t have the serial number on hand. I see newer komatsus using a sae 80 oil or would we be fine with a to-4 sae 50
What does the manual call for. Does it call for 75W90 or something else. If you have an operators manual, it will say what kind it needs. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Simon C
