volvo L180g

hi guys am very new just build a transmission on Volvo L180G my main pressure is low sitting at 3.8 bars, changed all oil seals clutch packs, new oil pump, and oil filter but didn't change the oil strain any idea what could be ,thanks in advanced

    How many hours on the unit? was the pump changed during the overhaul?

    Yes the pump was changed bought a new pump,the transmission failed on the dyno with low main of 3.8 bars

    was the oil strainer at least cleaned during the overhaul? have you checked transmission fluid relief valves for debris?

    Put a new strain,cleaned the relief valve had score marks

    Do you have pictures of the relief valve. If its scored enough to see its likely bypassing leading to your problem.
