It's not switching between vents floor or defrost. No fault codes. Push the mode button and the display shows what position it should be in: floor, defrost etc and the fresh air door opens or closes as it needs to, the others have no power. When first turning the key on the whole system powers up for 3 seconds and gets 12v. If I manually put 12v to the blend door actuators they move easily without straining. When turning the key to the on position after the the blend doors will all move back to their original positions without issue during the short power cycle test. So the HVAC controller is reading what positions the blend doors are in, the doors aren't bound up, they have power, the display acknowledges what the input is but nothing happens.
