We have a Kramer Allrad 418 loader, unit has an issue, in that it has no reverse. Runs ok and all just go reverse motion. As such it has sat for about a year, now we need it for snow removal work and have to repair, tough part is no US dealers, was told to try Gehl, they didn't have a clue. Another guy said try Wacker Nueson, I called their tech line, guy said maybe ECM, but that it's not a simple replacement, has to be programmed to machine requiring computer program, cables and special connector etc, basically dealer only items. So anyone have experience with these, or a guy who works on these odd ball units. Selling dealer here in NJ said they haven't carried this line for at least 5 years, so no luck there.
I would get a tech from WN to diagnose it. Kramer was bought by WN so your US dealer is WN.
