Working on mini with Kubota IC system and the monitor is displaying 53 sensor supply short 12v. Replaced governor and speed sensor. I have no 12v supply out to speed sensor. Checked wire for short to ground and to other wires none. Opened up harness no breaks or worn. Machine just idles because of fault it disables the accelerator electric motor. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
