For some reason this machine will not shut off with the fuel shut off lever on the pump. Solenoid has been bypassed for years and they were pulling the kill lever with a rope. Not sure where the problem is at this point , it's way down in the machine and hard to get a visual , any ideas would be great , as of now we just put it in a bind and idle down till it dies
Never heard of a Kumatsu. Could you post a pic or two so we have some idea what this machine is?
It's an old machine that has been rigged for a long time but has good hydraulics and the engine runs good. it's a 128UU , I'll take some pics today, Thanks for the response
Maybe the arm has slipped on the fuel pump from yanking on a rope?
Figured it out , someone removed the fuel shut off lever , found it laying there , thanks for the replies
